My name is Colette Douglas. I am a certified WBE and president of Elite Customer Service (ECS), an Ann Arbor, Michigan based consulting firm that delivers business etiquette training with emphases on customer service and ethics. Our business model is to lower our clients' training expenses with live and on-demand virtual training platforms instead of in-person classes. My 30 years of experience has resulted in reducing costs and increasing understanding of multicultural business behaviors. I obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio and a Master's of Science Administration degree from Central Michigan University in Mt.
