US², Inc. serves three sectors (Education, Corporate, and Individuals) while focusing on issues of equity and inclusion. Within the work, we provide training and facilitate difficult conversations around topics of bias, microaggressions, privilege, and discrimination. Within the corporate realm, we often start our work by conducting a needs assessment conducted by our team and then craft a plan of action in conjunction with the leadership team. Some of our work includes strategic planning based in equity and inclusion as well as training and facilitation with multiple stakeholders.
