7(a) Loan Program
Loans up to $5 million for startups, expansion/renovation, new construction, land purchase, inventory, business acquisition and working-capital. Financing is made through approved lenders.
504 Loan Program
Loans up to $5 million for the acquisition of long-term and fixed-assets through approved lenders. Refinancing of long-term fixed assets under certain conditions.
Microloan Program
Loans up to $50,000 to purchase furniture, fixtures, supplies, inventory, equipment and working capital. Loans are made through non-profit intermediaries nationwide and technical assistance is provided.
Small Business Investment Companies
Privately owned and managed investment funds that make capital available to qualifying U.S. small businesses at attractive rates.
New Markets Venture Capital Program
Serves the unmet equity needs of local entrepreneurs through development venture capital investments. Provides technical assistance to small businesses, creates quality employment opportunities for low-income area residents and builds wealth in low-income areas.
